In around 1838, Kunisada produced a series of The Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido Road that featured figures of a women in front of a landscape related to the station of the Tokaido. The background landscapes were largely copied from Hiroshige's.G553 r57 Stations of the Tokaidoeat Tokaido.
